1.Q:Where is your factory located?
A:Our factory is located in Yangzhou City, jiangsu province,China.It takes1.5 hours from Nanjing airport by car or 2.5 hours from Shanghai port by high speed train.

2.Q: Are you a factory or trading company?
A : We are a factory with export license.Our factory has more than 15 years' experience for cosmetics, soap, slippers, and dry accessories.

3.Q: Which certificates do you have?
A: ISO9001, ISO14000,  ISO22716, GMPC, RSPO, FSC, GRS,FDA.

4.Q: Can you do OEM? 

A: Yes, our brand name is Jun-Yun.We can do OEM/ODM products according to your design.

5.Q:How can I get some samples?
A:1.We are honored to offer you samples. New clients are expected to pay for the courier cost, the samples are free for you, this charge will be deducted from the payment for formal order.
2.Regarding the courier cost, pls arrange a RPI (remote pick-up) service upon FedEx, UPS, DHL to have the samples collected or inform us your DHL collection account.

6.Q:What’s the quality control of your factory?
A:We always attach great importance to quality control from the beginning to the end of production.
1).All raw material we used are environmental-friendly.
2).Skilled workers pay great attention to every detail in the production and packaging process
3).Quality Control Department specially responsible for inspection in each process.

7.Q:Can you do the packing design for us?
A: Yes, pls share us your ideas and requirement,our design dept having rich experience in display design and will provide different design options.

9.What’s the lead time for samples and production?
